This is what Co-op transparency looks like.

We recently held our first-ever REI Union Board Meeting, where we updated members and supporters on the state of our movement, gave real answers to the burning questions that our members are asking REI, and broke down REI’s anti-union behavior over the past few years! 

​

Our meeting was a shining example of what it looks like to have true transparency and accountability at the Co-op. We hope that REI was taking notes during this call, as it was empowering to have workers from all 10 union stores outline their vision for a better Co-op and address members directly.
